Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2025-2026 Indoor Track & Field

General Policy • Registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. • Fees secure your athlete’s spot on the team and cover upfront costs such as uniforms, facility rentals, meet entries, and administrative expenses. Exceptions Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances: • Medical Withdrawal: If an athlete is unable to participate due to a documented medical condition or injury, a partial refund may be granted at the discretion ofT4P Academy. Transfers & Credits • No refunds will be issued for missed practices, meets, or voluntary withdrawal. Agreement By completing registration, families acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
