Track & Field

Train for a Purpose Performance Academy (T4P Academy), established in 2015, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by former professional athletes and community leaders. Our mission is to empower youth ages 5–18 of all skill levels throughout the DMV through mentoring and sports—teaching life lessons, character development, and personal accountability while building athletic excellence. At T4P Academy, sports are more than competition—they’re a platform for mentorship, education, and personal growth, giving every young person the tools to win in life, not just in the game.
